All ProntoKits products are instant digital downloads. Because you get full access immediately, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

If something's actually wrong

If you can't access or download your product, or the file is corrupted or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We'll fix it or refund you — no back and forth.

Note for EU/UK/AU/CA customers: because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly with your consent, standard "cooling-off" withdrawal rights don't apply once you've accessed the file. This policy doesn't limit any other rights you may have under your local consumer protection laws.
