Frequently Asked Questions

Real answers to common questions about how our products work, why they're built the way they are, and how you can use them in your business.

Why ProntoKits?

Why buy AI prompts when ChatGPT and free AI tools are available?

ChatGPT is incredible. It's also a blank page. The first prompt you write will be generic because ChatGPT doesn't know your niche, your platform, or what your customers care about.

Here's what happens: You write a prompt. ChatGPT gives you something generic. You tweak it. Still generic. You tweak again. You've spent an hour for something you could have used in five minutes.

With our packs, you open the file and the first prompt is built for your specific situation — your audience, your platform, your problem. We did the iteration for you.

Isn't this just like generic "write me an email" prompts I could create myself?

You could. But "write me an email for my small business" is vague. Are you selling electronics? Handmade goods? Services?

Our small business pack assumes you're managing everything yourself. Our e-commerce pack goes specifically into Amazon A10 algorithm, Etsy tags, TikTok Shop content, and Walmart Marketplace strategy.

Generic prompts solve 40% of the problem. Specific prompts solve 95%.

I found a prompt pack with 500 prompts for $7. Why should I buy yours instead?

Open both. Try the first prompt from each.

The 500-prompt pack will have 400 prompts you don't need, 80 you'll never use, and 20 that might be useful if you spend 30 minutes rewriting them.

Our pack has 20 prompts you'll actually use. Each one includes the full prompt, a real-world fill-in example, and four pro tips to get even better results.

You're paying for curation. The time we spent removing the 480 prompts that don't apply to you.

But what if I need those extra 480 prompts someday?

You won't. We know because we talk to sellers and creators every month.

A restaurant owner doesn't need prompts for HR management. A freelancer doesn't need restaurant menu copy. A teacher doesn't need real estate listing templates.

Bulk prompt packs are priced low because they have low value. They're trying to hit every possible use case, which means hitting none of them well.

Our packs go deep on one profession. 20 prompts that cover all the writing your industry actually does.

How do I know these prompts actually work?

Because they're built from real work in those industries.

We didn't generate 500 prompts with an AI and upload them. We built these packs by talking to sellers on Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify. To teachers managing classrooms. To freelancers writing proposals. To agencies managing client communication.

Every prompt is tested. If it doesn't produce usable output, it doesn't make it into the pack.

What makes your prompts "thorough"?

Each prompt does three things:

  1. Gives you the full structure. You're not figuring out what to ask the AI — the prompt already knows. "Write a 250-word product listing for Amazon that ranks for [keyword] and converts" is way more useful than "write a product listing."
  2. Includes a real fill-in example. You see exactly what a completed prompt looks like. Shows you how specific to be, what details matter, and what the output will look like.
  3. Adds four pro tips. After the AI generates something, here's how to make it better. "Ask the AI to rewrite it addressing the most common 1-star complaint." Or "Rewrite the title to match the exact search phrase your target buyer uses."

Most prompt packs dump the prompt and leave you to figure out the rest.

We're still thinking about your result after you leave the page.

Are these prompts AI-generated or written by humans?

Both. We start with human understanding of what actually works in each profession. A freelancer helped us build the freelancer pack. A restaurant owner helped us build the restaurant pack.

Then we test and refine the prompts so they generate the best output in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot.

The prompts are built for humans. The testing is rigorous.

I'm good at writing. Do I actually need better prompts?

Probably not. If you're comfortable writing everything yourself and you like how it's working, keep going.

These packs are for people who are: 1) Using AI already and want better results, or 2) Willing to use AI if it wasn't so much work to get started.

If that's not you, we're not for you.

What's the one thing you'd want me to understand before I buy?

This: good prompts don't replace your expertise. They amplify it.

You know your customers. You know what happened in the last customer email that worked. You know why someone would actually want to buy from you.

Our prompts structure that knowledge into copy that works.

We're not replacing you. We're giving you the framework so you can focus on the part only you can do.

What You're Getting

What's an AI Prompt?

A prompt is a question or instruction you give to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI tool. The better your prompt, the better the result.

Our prompts are pre-written specifically for your profession so you don't have to engineer them yourself. Each pack includes 20 prompts with real-world examples and four pro tips per prompt. Think of them like reusable templates you copy, fill in your details, and paste into any AI tool.

Instead of spending 30 minutes figuring out what to ask, you get a usable first draft in 5 minutes.

What's a Claude Skill?

Claude Skills are pre-written instructions you add to your Claude Projects. They tell Claude how to behave, what to focus on, and how to format its responses — for a specific task or skill.

Our packs include multiple skills per pack, with a guide on how to install them. Think of them like reusable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or built-in prompt libraries that you can quickly deploy without retyping instructions every time.

Skills live in your Claude Project and stay there — you load them once and use them across unlimited conversations.

What AI tools do the prompt packs work with?

They're designed to work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and other major AI tools. Some packs are optimized for specific tools (we note that on the product page), but the prompts understand the structure and intent across all of them.

Different tools produce slightly different outputs — Claude often goes longer, ChatGPT is more casual — but the prompt structure works everywhere.

Do I need Claude Pro to use the Claude Skills Packs?

No. You can upload and use custom skills on the Claude free plan.

Skills act like built-in instructions that live in your Claude Projects. You add them once, and they're available across all conversations in that project.

What file format will I receive?

AI Prompt Packs: A link to the Google document that you can choose to download as PDF, Word, or save to your own Google Drive as a copy. Opens on any device (phone, tablet, laptop).

Claude Skills Packs: A link to our guide on how to use the Claude Skill + the downloadable ZIP file containing the readme and skill markdown (skill.md) files that you can upload to Claude.

The product page will always tell you what's included before you buy.

Orders & Access

How do I get my kit after I buy?

You'll get an email with your access link right after checkout. Check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Your access is also saved in your customer account (based on your email address). Log in to your account using your email address, go to your orders, and look for the 'access now' button.

Can I re-download my purchase later?

Yes. Your download link stays active. If you have an account, log in and find your order history. If you checked out as a guest and can't find your link, contact us with your order details and we'll resend it.

Usage & Rights

Can I use these for client work?

Yes you can. e.g. If you're a freelancer using the freelancer pack to write a proposal for your client, that's fine. If you're an agency using the digital marketing pack to draft ad copy for a client, that's covered.

You can't resell the pack itself or pass it on to clients as their own.

Can I buy a kit as a gift?

Yes — just enter the recipient's email at checkout. They'll receive the download link directly.

Can I share the kits with my team?

Your purchase is for personal or single-business use. If you'd like to use a kit across multiple staff members within your own business, that's fine.

Reselling, redistributing, or sharing downloads publicly is not permitted.

Can I modify the prompts to fit my situation?

Yes. Once you have your own copy of the prompts, you can edit the text, change wording, remove sections that don't apply, add your own variations.

The prompts are a starting point. Your expertise and knowledge of your actual situation complete the work.

Policy & Practical Questions

What's your refund policy?

Because these are instant digital downloads, we don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If there's a technical issue with your download or the file is defective, contact us and we'll fix it or replace it.

What if I hate the pack after downloading it?

We can't take back a digital download, so we built the product pages with transparency: full prompt titles, descriptions of what each prompt does, and a clear sense of what you're getting.

If you're not sure the pack is right for you, email us before buying and we'll help you figure out if it's the best fit.

Can I resell or repackage these kits?

No. All kits are for personal or direct business use only. If you're interested in a licensing or wholesale arrangement, contact us and let's talk.

How often are these prompts updated?

We improve them when we learn something works better. You own the file, so you can re-download the updated version if you want to.

Your purchase is permanent. Updates are free forever.

What if I need a prompt that's not in my pack?

Each pack covers the major 20 writing tasks in that profession. It's not exhaustive.

If you need a specific prompt we didn't include, you can use the framework from another prompt in the pack and adapt it. Or use the tips and structure to build one yourself.

We tried to hit the 80/20 — the 20 prompts that drive 80% of the writing work in your industry.

Who Built This & Why

Who created these prompts?

We did. We've been helping small business owners, freelancers, and creators for years. We started building these packs because every conversation ended the same way: "I know I should be using AI but I have no idea where to start."

The blog post answering that question was 10,000 words. So we built the packs instead.

Why not just publish the prompts for free?

Because free prompts don't get used.

Here's what we learned: when something costs nothing, it has no value. People download it, never open it, and feel worse about their writing.

When you pay $9 or $15, you open the file. You use it. You send a better email, create a better listing, or write a better proposal.

The cost forces the decision: "Do I actually need this or am I just being curious?" That friction is actually helpful.

Everyone who buys a pack uses it. That's not an accident.

Are you harvesting my data?

No. We sell prompt packs. That's it.

You download the file. You own it forever. There's no tracking, no email spam, no follow-up course, no "upgrade to the premium version."

If you want to join our email list and hear about new packs, you can. You don't have to.
